We are one of the few merchants that allow variable rate charges depending on the product and risk. Being our own lender, it allows us to get the best possible rate, but most importantly, the best service with no "hidden fees". Many customers seeking merchants accounts take into account only the "discount rate" but do not realize the chargeback cost, gateway fees, refund fees and other fees will raise their actual rate of doing business often 10-15%! We aim to fix this with a completely transparent merchant process.
